Was able to get my car serviced here and I have not one complaint about my services. When I came in I was greeted with love and asked if I would like water if I wait for answers from the mechanic. Once I told him my concerns he took the car on a road test. This confirmed my complaints parts took 24hrs to come in and services took about 48 hrs. If need be I would use this location again. Also, they have partnerships with other services so most offers will be an upcharge due to them not being on the ground.

Fairly priced and good people to work with. What more could you ask for?

Amazing service and hospitality. Daniel took care of my issue right away and charged me a very reasonable price. They also do vehicle inspections for $12. Much cheaper than the “inspection station” shacks and you don’t have to wait in line.

I was a customer when Elvin had a shop here on Foster and after being involved in an accident, I am so glad I found him again. The customer service and communication is emaculate! I was never left wondering what was going on. When I would call with any questions or concerns, they had things in order and are very knowledgeable and personable.Josue and Elvin are amazing and I’m so thankful Josue took care of everything from start to finish. The front staff was super helpful when I had to go in person. The only negative thing I have to say is that now they are quite far from my area but definitely worth it. Thank yall for everything!

Long story short, I took my car to another shop to get my brakes and rotors replaced. The tech wrecked my car due to negligence on his part. The shop owner filed a claim with their insurance. I took my car here for the repair of that damage (see photos). The extend of the damage (Undercarriage) can’t be seen in these photos but it does provide some perspective. Josue from Hondurcar took care of me. Not only was his Customer Service Top Notch, by always communicating with me and the insurance company on a daily bases with updates but he also made sure the insurance extended my rental car whenever the repair time got pushed out. After the insurance approved the repair work, Josue had me test drive the car all three times. Just to ensure I was completely satisfied with the results. The first two times there was still issues with the car due to the insurance declining the repair but each time Josue went to work hammering out this issue directly with the other shops insurance in order to get the repairs approved. End results, I finally got my car back (2 1/2 months later) in a safe and working order. I will be posting the after pics later.

Took my wife’s SUV to get a head light bulb installed, I was charged 145.00 dollars total…Seems high,but not after you realize the dealership wanted to charge 475.00 and this is where we bought the SUV….Thanks to the hard working hounest people of Honducar
